Tess Castergine joined LLCP in 2025 and currently serves as an Associate of the Investment Management team. In this capacity, she participates in investment due diligence, transaction execution and portfolio management.

Prior to joining LLCP, Tess was an Investment Banking Analyst and Associate at BMO Capital Markets in New York as a member of the Financial Sponsors Group. Tess received a B.S., Magna cum laude, in Finance with an Applied Psychology minor from Boston College.
