Rashma Patel

Rashma Patel joined LLCP in 2008 and currently serves as Chief Financial Officer. In this role, she oversees all financial aspects of the firm’s investment funds and management company. Her responsibilities include financial reporting, investor communications, tax and regulatory compliance, and oversight of the firm’s treasury and capital planning activities.

Prior to joining LLCP, Rashma was a Senior Associate with KPMG LLP in Los Angeles, where she provided audit services to several national clients in the investment management industry. Rashma received a M.Acc. and a B.S. in Accountancy from Northern Illinois University. Rashma is a CPA in the State of California.
