Paul Hamilton

Paul Hamilton rejoined LLCP in 2021, having been with the firm in a similar capacity from 2016 to 2018, and currently serves as a Director of the Investment Management team. In this capacity, he participates in investment due diligence, transaction execution and portfolio management.

Prior to rejoining LLCP, Paul was a Vice President with Comvest Partners, a West Palm Beach-based private equity firm, where he focused on the evaluation and execution of new investments as well as portfolio company management. Earlier in his career, Paul was an Associate at Bayside Capital, where he focused on special situations and distressed debt investments. He began his career at Harris Williams & Co. in Richmond, VA, as part of the Healthcare and Life Sciences team. Paul received a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University and an M.S. in Finance from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.
