Miriam Diwan

Miriam Diwan joined LLCP in 2017 and currently serves as a Director of Investor Relations. In this capacity, she focuses on investor communication, reporting, due diligence and limited partner co-investment activities.

Prior to joining LLCP, Miriam was a Vice President and Portfolio Manager with Amzak Capital, a Boca Raton-based family office, where she was responsible for the firm’s publicly-traded equity investments. Prior to that, Miriam was an Associate at Sun Capital Partners, a Boca Raton-based private equity firm, where she participated in the investment due diligence and management of distressed debt securities. She began her career at JPMorgan in New York as a member of the Syndicated and Leveraged Finance team. Miriam received a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School and a B.A. in Communication from the College of Arts and Sciences.
