Michael Knapp

Michael Knapp joined LLCP in 2016 and currently serves as a Managing Director of the Investment Originations team. In this capacity, he is responsible for the origination of new investment opportunities and investment due diligence with a focus on the Western U.S.

Prior to joining LLCP, Michael was an investment professional with LaSalle Capital, a Chicago-based private equity firm, where he was responsible for due diligence on new investment opportunities and portfolio company management. Michael began his career at Macquarie Capital in New York as a member of the Financial Institutions team. Michael received a B.S.B.A. in Finance with High Honors from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington and an M.B.A. with Honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
