June Yang

June Yang joined LLCP in 2022 and currently serves as Director of Accounting and Tax. In this capacity, she is responsible for handling the tax matters and day-to-day operations of LLCP’s funds.

Prior to joining LLCP, June was a Senior Manager with Holthouse Carlin & Van Trigt in Pasadena, where she provided tax services to clients in the private equity industry. June received a B.S. in Political Science with a minor in Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles. She also received a J.D. with an emphasis in Business Law from the University of Southern California. June is a CPA as well as a licensed attorney in the State of California.
