John Ciasulli

John Ciasulli joined LLCP in 2026 and currently serves as Head of Digital and AI Value Creation for the Firm. In this capacity, he is responsible for driving operational value creation across the portfolio and assessing AI within diligence.

Prior to joining LLCP, John served as Senior Vice President at Platinum Equity, where he led value creation initiatives across the firm’s portfolio. He designed and implemented the firm’s standardized Digital Growth Playbook and established and directed an AI & Automation Center of Excellence. Prior to that, John served as Vice President of Transformation at Centerfield Media, where he led post-merger integration, new market entry, and operations optimization. Earlier in his career, John was a founding executive at Uptake Technologies, scaling the industrial AI SaaS company from inception to a unicorn in under four years.

John received a B.S. with High Honors in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley, and an M.B.A. with High Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he concentrated in Analytical Finance, Entrepreneurship, and Strategic Management. He also holds two U.S. patents in AI and predictive analytics.
