Jane Kim

Jane Kim joined LLCP in 2023 and currently serves as Chief Compliance Officer and Associate General Counsel of the Firm.  In this capacity, she assists with the legal and compliance aspects of LLCP’s investment activities and business affairs.

Prior to joining LLCP, Jane was the Senior Regulatory Counsel at Canyon Partners, LLC, and prior to that, she was a Senior Counsel at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Investment Management.  Before joining the SEC, she was an Associate in the asset management group of Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP.  Jane received her B.A. in Economics from Claremont McKenna College and J.D. from The George Washington University Law School.
