Chris Overmyer

Chris Overmyer joined LLCP in 2019 and currently serves as a Director of the Investment Management team. In this capacity, he is responsible for investment due diligence, transaction execution and portfolio management.

Prior to joining LLCP, Chris was an investment professional with Nautic Partners, a Providence-based private equity fund, where he was responsible for the origination, evaluation and management of numerous investments. Prior to that, Chris was an Associate with Endeavour Capital, a Los Angeles-based private equity fund, where he was responsible for due diligence on new investment opportunities and portfolio company management. He began his career at BMO Capital Markets in Chicago as a member of the Industrials & Transportation team. Chris received a B.B.A. in Finance, Investment and Banking from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an M.B.A. with Honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
