Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (“LLCP”) announced today that it has completed the sale of Mander Portman Woodward Limited (“MPW” or the “Company”) to Kaplan International (“Kaplan”).

MPW, headquartered in London, England, is a leading provider of high quality private education for students in their crucial transition from secondary school into UK universities. As a platform that offers courses to over 1,000 students each year at its London, Cambridge and Birmingham campuses, MPW is one of the most well-known and regarded brands in the UK education market. The Company provides educational offerings to both domestic and international students who plan to continue their education at prominent universities in the UK. Within each program, MPW has a long history of providing a premium educational experience and industry-leading educational outcomes.
