Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (“LLCP”), a Los Angeles based private equity firm, today announced that Kimberly Pollack and Aaron Perlmutter have been promoted to General Partners of the firm.  Ms. Pollack and Mr. Perlmutter join the current General Partners of LLCP:  Lauren Leichtman, Arthur Levine, Robert Poletti, Steven Hartman and Stephen Hogan.

Ms. Pollack joined LLCP in 2001, bringing broad experience in analyzing new deal opportunities, business plan reviews and financial analysis on middle market companies. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of several LLCP portfolio companies including Global Franchise Group, Pacific World Corporation and InterDent.  Prior to joining LLCP, Ms. Pollack worked at Allied Capital Corporation and First Chicago Corporation.

Mr. Perlmutter joined LLCP in 2003, bringing extensive expertise in analyzing middle market investments, business due diligence and post-investment monitoring. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of several LLCP portfolio companies including Dexter Magnetic Technologies, Luminator Technology Group and Werner Ladder.  Prior to joining LLCP, Mr. Perlmutter worked at One Equity Partners.

Ms. Pollack received her B.A. in Finance from the University of Illinois and an M.B.A. from the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Mr. Perlmutter received his B.A. in Economics from Duke University and an M.B.A. from the JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
