Levine Leichtman Capital Partners Portfolio Company NMi Acquires TrustCB

Netherlands Measurement Institute (“NMi”), a portfolio company of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (“LLCP”), announced today that it has acquired TrustCB B.V. (“TrustCB”). TrustCB is a Dutch cybersecurity certification company, specialized in high-assurance certifications.

Founded in 2018, TrustCB is the leading commercial Certification Body (CB) for Common Criteria (CC) and CC-based certifications. The company is the only commercial Certification Body accredited in the Netherlands to perform CC certifications in high assurance domains such as smart cards. In addition, TrustCB offers premium cybersecurity certification for the fast-growing IoT domain.
