Levine Leichtman Capital Partners Portfolio Company NMi Acquires Avon Dynamic

Netherlands Measurement Institute (“NMi”), a portfolio company of Levine Leichtman Capital Partners (“LLCP”), announced today that it has acquired Avon Dynamic Calibration Ltd. (“Avon Dynamic”).

Founded in 1985 and headquartered in Bristol (UK), Avon Dynamic is a UKAS accredited calibration & dimensional measurement specialist. The company is strategically located near the UK’s Aerospace & Defence and Advanced Manufacturing & Engineering hub where it serves over 1,000 customers annually across a diverse set of end markets.
