David Wolmer

David Wolmer joined LLCP in 2008 and currently serves as Co-Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel of the Firm.  In this capacity, he is responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of the management company and LLCP’s global business affairs, as well as direct oversight of all legal and compliance activities.  David is a member of the Executive Committee.

Prior to joining LLCP, David was an Associate in the global corporate group of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP.  David received a B.A. in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan and a J.D. from the Fordham School of Law.
