Mark Guberman

Mark Guberman joined LLCP in 2026 and currently serves as an Associate Director of the Investment Management team. In this capacity, he participates in investment due diligence, transaction execution and portfolio management.

Prior to joining LLCP, Mark was a Vice President with STORY3 Capital Partners, a Los Angeles-based private equity firm focused on the consumer sector, and an Associate at Clearlake Capital Group, a Santa Monica-based private equity firm focused on the technology, industrials and consumer sectors. He began his career at Aquiline Capital Partners, a New York-based private equity firm focused on the financial services and technology sectors. Mark received a B.B.A. in Finance and B.A. in Economics and Mathematics from Emory University, where he was a Goizueta Scholar.
