Konnor Rustad joined LLCP in 2025 and currently serves as an Associate of the Investment Management team. In this capacity, he participates in investment due diligence, transaction execution and portfolio management.

Prior to joining LLCP, Konnor was an Associate with FFL Partners, a San Francisco-based private equity firm, where he evaluated new transactions and managed portfolio companies with a focus on the Healthcare Services and Tech-Enabled Services sectors. He began his career at Lazard in New York as a member of the Capital Structure Advisory team. Konnor received a B.S. in Finance from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
