Principal
Mr. Hartman, a Partner of the Firm, joined LLCP in 1996 and is the Firm’s General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. He oversees the legal affairs of the Firm and is responsible for the execution of the Firm’s investment activities.
Mr. Hartman serves on the Investment Committee of the Partnership. Prior to joining the Firm, he worked in the Corporate Finance Department at Financiére Indosuez in Paris, France, originating and structuring mergers and acquisitions.
From 1988 to 1990, he was a Financial Analyst at Lehman Brothers in the Corporate Finance Department specializing in middle-market transactions.
Mr. Hartman holds an MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA, a JD from the UCLA School of Law, and a BS from the University of California at Berkeley.
