Mr. Drury, a Director of the Firm, joined Levine Leichtman Capital Partners in October 2005. A dedicated member of the Firm’s Structured Equity investment team, he is responsible for origination of structured equity investment opportunities and due diligence from the Firm’s Midwest/Chicago office.
Prior to joining the Firm, he was a Vice President at The CIT Group for 12 years where he was responsible for developing strategic relationships with private-equity investors, professional intermediaries and companies throughout the Midwest. Focused on financings for mergers & acquisitions, restructurings and growth capital for middle-market companies across a variety of industries, he originated, structured and negotiated transactions representing over $895 million in value. Preceding his latest role at CIT, he served as Regional Business Development Manager leading the business development effort throughout the Midwest region through four offices. Earlier in his career, Mr. Drury served in a similar capacity at Bank of America and its predecessor organizations.
Mr. Drury completed his BBA in Finance and Accounting at Texas Tech University and earned his MBA with Honors from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
