Associate Director
Mr. Deschner, an Associate Director of the Firm, joined Levine Leichtman Capital Partners in July 2008 and is a member of the firm’s portfolio management group participating in financial modeling and analysis of new investment opportunities, investment due diligence and monitoring of portfolio companies.
Prior to joining LLCP, Mr. Deschner worked as an Associate in the High Yield Bond group of Oaktree Capital Management LP, where he provided analysis for the Consumer Products, Food, Healthcare, Media and Entertainment, and Forest Products industries.
Prior to joining Oaktree Capital, Mr. Deschner as a Senior Analyst at Trinity Capital LLC focusing on mergers and acquisitions and at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he performed buy-side due diligence on behalf of corporate and financial buyers.
Mr. Deschner received his B.S. in Accounting from Miami University and a Masters of Accountancy from the University of Virginia.
