Lauren B. Leichtman
Chief Executive Officer and Founding Principal
Ms. Leichtman, a Founding Principal, has been a private equity investor since she co-founded LLCP more than twenty years ago. In addition to planning the strategic direction of the Firm, her activities include deal origination, investment due diligence, negotiation of transactions and institutional fund raising. Additionally, Ms. Leichtman is the chairperson of the Investment Committee.
Prior to founding Levine Leichtman Capital Partners, Ms. Leichtman practiced law for approximately ten years, including three years with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Ms. Leichtman graduated from Southwestern University School of Law and has been a member of the California Bar since 1977. In 1982, Ms. Leichtman received her LLM from Columbia University Law School.
