Mr. Romney, a Director of the Firm, joined Levine Leichtman Capital
Partners in October 2004 and is a member of the firm’s deal origination group. He participates in the origination of investment opportunities and investment due diligence.
Prior to joining LLCP, he was a Senior Managing Director for Howard Frazier Barker Elliott, Inc., supervising merger and acquisition advisory services and private placements.
From 1991 to 2003, he was Managing Director of the Restructuring Advisory Services and the Capital Markets departments for Ernst & Young.
Mr. Romney has an MBA from Arizona State University and a BS in Business Administration from Brigham Young University.
