Mr. Brumlik joined Levine Leichtman Capital Partners in 2008 and participates in the due diligence and analysis of new investment opportunities and the monitoring of LLCP portfolio companies.
Prior to joining LLCP, he was a Director with KPMG’s Transaction Services providing M&A financial due diligence and capital market advisory for both private equity and strategic clients. His previous experience includes corporate finance positions at technology and energy companies.
Mr. Brumlik received his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and BS in Engineering from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. Additionally, he is both a CFA Charterholder and a Certified Public Accountant.
