Director
Mr. Stewart, a Director of the Firm, joined Levine Leichtman Capital Partners in 2006 and is a dedicated member of the firm’s Deep Value investment team. He participates in the origination and analysis of new investment opportunities, investment due diligence and monitoring of portfolio companies. Mr. Stewart participates in restructuring negotiations that involve investments in the Deep Value fund.
Prior to joining LLCP, Mr. Stewart worked for Houlihan Lokey Howard & Zukin, where he was responsible for researching, marketing and executing debtor and creditor restructuring transactions.
Prior to joining Houlihan, Mr. Stewart worked as an Investment Banking Analyst for Giuliani Capital Advisors, primarily on restructuring transactions.
Mr. Stewart received his BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business.
