Mr. Schwartz joined Levine Leichtman Capital Partners in 2011. As a dedicated member of the Firm’s Structured Equity investment team, he is responsible for due diligence and analysis of new investment opportunities as well as for monitoring LLCP portfolio companies.
Prior to joining LLCP, Mr. Schwartz was a Vice President at Liberty Partners, a middle-market private equity fund in New York, where he was also responsible for due diligence and analysis of new investment opportunities as well as portfolio company monitoring.
Previously, Mr. Schwartz was an investment banking analyst at Jefferies & Company. As a generalist, he evaluated and executed merger and acquisition, restructuring, recapitalization, and leveraged finance transactions.
Mr. Schwartz attended the University of Pennsylvania, where he received a BS in Economics with a Concentration in Finance from the Wharton School and a BSE in Computer Science and Engineering from the School of Engineering and Applied Science.
