Managing Director
Mr. Perlmutter, a Managing Director of the Firm, joined Levine Leichtman Capital Partners in 2003 and is the co-head of Corporate Finance for the Structure Equity Funds. Mr. Perlmutter is involved in all aspects of an investment, including pre-transaction due diligence and structuring, as well as working with the management team to develop and execute on growth strategies once the investment has been made.
Prior to joining LLCP, he worked at One Equity Partners and was responsible for due diligence and monitoring portfolio companies.
Mr. Perlmutter has an MBA from Northwestern University J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BA from Duke University.
