Arthur E. Levine
President and Founding Principal
Mr. Levine, a Founding Principal, has been a private equity investor since he co-founded LLCP more than twenty years ago. In addition to planning the strategic direction of the Firm, his activities include investment pricing and structuring, and institutional fund raising. Additionally, Mr. Levine is a member of the Deep Value Fund’s Investment Committee.
From 1976 to 1985, he was a principal investor in Westwood One, Inc., a leading radio network company. He currently serves on the Board of Advisors of Columbia University School of Law, is a trustee of the UCLA Foundation and has served as Chairman of the Anderson School Entrepreneurial Studies Center and on the Corporate Advisory Board of the NASD.
Mr. Levine is a graduate of the Columbia University School of Law (where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar) and received his MBA from the Anderson School at UCLA.
