Matthew M. Rich

Director

Mr. Rich joined Levine Leichtman Capital Partners in 2014 and is responsible for the due diligence and evaluation of new investment opportunities, as well as for monitoring LLCP portfolio companies.

Prior to joining LLCP, Mr. Rich was a Vice President at Arlington Capital Partners, a middle market private equity fund based in Washington D.C., where he evaluated new investment opportunities, performed due diligence and monitored portfolio companies. His previous experience includes principal investing at Kayne Anderson in Los Angeles and investment banking in Lazard Frères & Co.'s Mergers and Acquisitions Group in New York, where he was focused on a wide range of healthcare industries.

Mr. Rich earned an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Palmer Scholar and a Joseph Wharton fellow. He also earned a B.S.E. degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
